A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged 50% for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment.
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Gift certificates from nonprofit fundraisers and charity auctions must be presented at the time of service. No cash value.
Please arrive ten minutes early for your initial intake and assessment. We will go over your concerns and physical areas needing focused attention, what you hope to achieve, and then create a customized session to accomplish your goals within that session.
Although sessions are listed as 60, 90, or 120 minutes, these are the actual hands on time. The session also includes ten minutes before for check in and ten minutes after session to check out.
There is no downtime after session. You can continue about your daily activities. However, some clients prefer to clear their schedule for the remainder of the day to be present in their renewed sense of calm and revitalized wellbeing.
For acute physical issues, we usually schedule sessions once a week for four to eight weeks, then schedule sessions down to once a month to maintain results. For clients working with issues that go beyond just the physical, anything from weekly to bimonthly sessions are common to maintain maximum wellness benefits.
